How do I use Emberly?

Wrap the belt around wherever aches — lower back, hips, knees, shoulders. Select your intensity (1–5) and time (5–30 minutes) and press start. Use once or twice a day. The belt shuts off automatically. Most people use it while reading, watching TV, or relaxing at home.

How long until I notice a difference?
